At Brightformat, we’re always pushing creative boundaries—so when we were invited to create custom event signage for Wedding Industry Night at the elegant Cascade Hills Country Club, we jumped at the chance. This Mocha Mousse-inspired gathering for local wedding planners was the perfect setting to debut our first-ever custom arched wall, designed and built just for the evening.

A Visual Treat for a Sweet Night
Inspired by the rich tones of Mocha Mousse, Pantone’s 2025 Color of the Year, the event called for signage that felt warm, modern, and immersive. We collaborated closely with event organizers to craft signage that was both functional and visually stunning.
All elements were built using our patented Freestanders system, which snaps together with magnets for fast, tool-free setup, ideal for planners looking for simple, stylish signage that delivers big.
Ceremony Backdrop + Statement Seating Chart Display
Our signature installation featured a double-sided custom arched wall—designed to work twice as hard. Before the reception began, it served as a stunning ceremony backdrop, then seamlessly transitioned into a stylish wedding seating chart for the evening. Flanked by a grouping of smaller Freestanders and accented with beautiful florals by Hyssop Floral, the entire arrangement created a cohesive, eye-catching display and the perfect backdrop for photos. This flexible setup maximized impact and minimized the need for multiple installations—a thoughtful, hardworking solution for dynamic event spaces.

A fun, modular way to display the evening’s menu, our Freestanders Stacking Cubes were easy to set up, reposition, and added a playful touch to the event space.
