For years Davenport had run a robust mass mailing program to recruit new students. With some smart data analytics and segmentation, mass mailings became focused mailings and the results started to speak for themselves.
Over the period of a number of years we’ve worked with Davenport University to help them mail less and get more. Using some sophisticated data analytics and profiling we helped to identify prospective students with increased likelihood to respond to their programs and offers. Mailing costs have come down and response rates have gone up. We continue to work with Davenport to maximize their return on investment through their Direct Mail programs.
